Rib stew with mustard and soy sauce

1/2 rib per person
1/4 lemon
Olive oil
Whole grain mustard
White wine
Soy sauce
Salt
If you want to prepare an easy and delicious recipe, take note. It will take a while, but it will be worth it. Watch it disappear from the plate before your eyes!
Preparation
- Place the ribs in a baking tray.
- Mix the lemon juice with a quarter cup of olive oil.
- Spread the mixture on both sides of the ribs.
- Season the ribs with a little salt, keeping in mind that soy sauce is quite salty.
- Spread the whole grain mustard on both sides of the ribs.
- Let it marinate for a minimum of 20 minutes. The longer you leave it, the more the flavors will be absorbed.
- Fill a glass with half water, half white wine, and finish it off with a splash of soy sauce.
- Add to the tray with the ribs.
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Cook the ribs for 30-45 minutes on each side.
- Add more wine, water, and soy mixture if it is dry.
As you can see, this recipe is very easy to make. Don’t hesitate to eat with your hands. Literally, you will lick your fingers when you’re done!
