A unique way to cook pork cheeks quickly and easily! Ideal for hot days.

Preparation

  1. Remove the impurities from the meat and pass them under a little water.
  2. Let the meat dry.
  3. Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
  4. Add the pork cheeks.
  5. Once boiled, take them out of the water.
  6. Remove the pork from the bone. It will be easier if you do it when they are
  7. still warm.
  8. Let it cool.
  9. Cut the meat into small pieces.
  10. Plato.
  11. Add salt and pepper to taste.

If you are a little bolder, you can try them with a bit of oil or vinegar! They can be prepared to suit each individual palate.
