400 g pork ribs Ral
300 g thick noodles
Chicken broth
1 tomato
1 onion
Olive oil
Salt
Pepper
For the garnish:
1 clove of garlic
Parsley
A few saffron leaves
12 toasted almonds
Every family has a different recipe for noodle casserole. This time, we’re going to make the most common type, the traditional recipe. Just like grandma’s!
Preparation
- Prepare the ingredients
- The broth starts to boil in a separate bowl.
- Season the ribs.
- Chop the onion.
- Add the olive oil to a pan for sautéing.
- Grill the ribs in the frying pan.
- Prepare the garnish and set it aside.
- Put the onion in the pan.
- Let it jump until it is transparent.
- Add the tomato to the pan with the onions.
- Reduce and caramelize the tomato with the onion.
- Add the noodles.
- Cook the noodles.
- Add the chicken broth.
- Add the garnish in the last 5 minutes.
- Remove and enjoy.
