Preparation
- Remove the impurities from the meat and pass them under a little water.
- Let the meat dry.
- Add water to a pot and bring it to a boil.
- Add the pork cheeks.
- Once boiled, take them out of the water.
- Remove the pork from the bone. It will be easier if you do it when they are
- still warm.
- Let it cool.
- Cut the meat into small pieces.
- Plato.
- Add salt and pepper to taste.
