2 eggs
1 slice of dry country bread (typical Catalan)

1 clove of garlic

For the sauce:

300 g tomato sauce
1 clove of garlic
1 onion
1 small bay leaf

A different way to make meatballs. Add pig’s trotters to give it a soft touch. Easy to make and delicious!
